Seems to me a big fiscal mess costing a ton of money, not delivering jobs but losing them, and creating temp construction jobs for huge amounts of money.
 The jobs that were promised are mostly temporary construction work. Studies in Spain, Germany the U.K. and Australia show that you actually lose jobs when electricity prices go up, McCarter said.

"The cost for green energy jobs is very expensive. It's between $100,000 to $300,000 per job," McCarter told reporters

Is their a legitmiate plan for this mess or it just , well it`s Green good for the enviorment Liberal con artistry?

I can just see the next election blaming the Harris Govt of what 1995 , well convientley ducking their own Liberal record in Ontario, which to me is a mess of spending money not New Democratically but a lot of money for meager results nonetheless.  But as Chris Bentley said about temporary jobs, at least they are jobs, yes they are but the thing is they are temporary and end up costing tax payers millions. Maybe Bentley should add some no comments , looks like a foot got caught in his mouth.
